Dr. Victor Hugo Rendon, Jr.
My name is Dr. Victor Hugo Rendon, Jr. I am originally from Peru and migrated to the United States in 1983. I studied and earned my degrees in this country, but I never forgot my roots and culture where I was born. I am fluent in the Spanish and English languages. I have always considered my father my idol, and I have always tried to match and overcome his achievements. My father is a retired maxillofacial surgeon and lieutenant colonel from the Peruvian army. He introduced me to this profession and guided me in following his footsteps. I enlisted in the US Marine Corps between 1996 and 2000. I enrolled at UIC to complete my bachelor's degree, majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry, after being honorably discharged from the Marines. At UIC College of Dentistry, I subsequently began and completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Learning from the best was a privilege and a blessing. I received the Roberts Sabage Memorial Award, which is given to the best clinician, along with honors for academic achievements from the Hispanic Student Dental Association and the Smith Barney Mercantile Scholarship Award when I graduated. I develop a deep passion for this line of work. That is the primary reason I am constantly trying to get better by investing in the newer technology and learning new skills. I am confident in my ability, skills, and talent to tackle any challenges this career may present. I am deeply appreciative of my dental team, who not only provide the initial impression of my company, but I also heavily rely on them. I promise to give every procedure I perform in our clinic my utmost effort until I retire, a prospect that is unlikely to occur in the near future.

My name is Jimena Garcia. I've had the pleasure to work in the medical and dental fields for over 18 years. During those years, I have provided quality patient care to the best of my abilities. I approach every task with utmost care and diligently fulfill all my responsibilities. I joined Dr. Rendon's workforce in 2016, where I grasped and mastered the majority of my experience in the dental field. I have guided and encouraged his staff to perform to the best of their abilities with love and care. Being a member of Maximus Dental Center gives me the opportunity to reach and touch the hearts of many of our patients by helping them start, complete, and maintain their oral health care with us. I enjoy spending the rest of my time with my family, especially with my grandson. I love to see him growing up and being part of his life. People that I honored in my life are my parents and my grandfather, PAPA MOI. Because of him, running is one of my favorite hobbies; I have participated in multiple marathons and enjoy training while challenging myself to maintain my discipline. Hola, soy Ana Valdez. Soy de origen mexicano. Realizo rápidamente amistades y me agrada relacionarme con todo tipo de personas. He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con el Dr. Rendon Jr. durante 16 años. Me ha brindado la oportunidad de desempeñarme como asistente dental, recepcionista y administradora. La experiencia de colaborar con el equipo Dental de Maximus Dental Center es muy gratificante; con el objetivo de brindar una excelente experiencia para nuestros pacientes, el dÃa transcurre velozmente con todas las tareas y responsabilidades de las que estoy encargada. Junto a este equipo y nuestros pacientes, considero a todos como una familia enorme. Por un lado, deseo agradecer al Dr. Rendon Jr. estos años de apoyo y formación y a Jimena, nuestra gerente de la oficina; me ha brindado la oportunidad de evolucionar y adquirir conocimientos junto a ella. - Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Johnathan Rendon. I am a proud member of the dental team at Maximus Dental Center. In the two years as a dental assistant, I have provided and keep pushing myself to deliver quality patient care and chairside support to Dr. Rendon during every dental procedure he performs. I am also in charge of the digital part of the clinic, from 3D printing to digitally editing scan images and sending them to their corresponding laboratories. It is a task that demands a lot of attention to detail and concentration. In my spare time I enjoy drawing, painting, and watching horror movies and shows. Even though some days I confront some challenges, I’m dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for every patient, and I enjoy being part of the Maximus Dental Center team that values precision and compassion—a great combination for a great patient experience in our clinic.
